A nice subspecialty has been growing from my Coaching practice. Many clients have been asking for help in getting new business ideas, books and other projects under sail.
By far the most effective and quickest way to get a book or other project going is to use our process to focus the mission, clarify the logistics and make sure your core motivations, values and goals are aligned.
Then an audio/video interview is used to obtain the content and structure. You design the questions. The interview can easily be edited to streamline the structural elements, and set the voice, the content and the goals. A video allows for the development of a natural presence, and of course in review you can see what works and what doesn’t.
This process is also very effective in improving your media and speaking presence. Our experience in personal communication can save you a lot of time and trouble here. The rest is practice.
